At MAVELLE, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the conditions below.

Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing defect: up to 30 days from receipt.

  • Visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches): notify within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video.

Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns are not accepted if items have been altered or modified.

Options after Inspection

  • Exchange for another product in stock.

  • Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product was delivered correctly and in good condition.

Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate, send photos or a short video showing the defect with original packaging.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase.

  • Damage from liquids, moisture, or improper use.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Natural wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).

  • Exposure to extreme conditions or tests not recommended.
